Manusa Automatic Hermetic Doors

Manusa Automatic Hermetic Doors provide exceptional hygiene and safety controls in critical healthcare environments like operating theatres, laboratories, and cleanrooms. 

These specialised doors seal completely against the frame to prevent pressure loss, block airborne contaminants, and maintain strict environmental control. Additionally, the contactless activation helps further reduce the spread of pathogens, to meet rigorous international clinical and sterile standards.

AXIS MANUSA HERMETICALLY SEALED DOOR (SINGLE DOOR PANEL SLIDING OVER A WALL)

Product reference: Axis Manusa E32 hermetically sealed door set to suit Structural Opening 1610mm wide x 2110mm high.

Frame: Aluminium profile 100mm x 45mm frame.

Door Panel: Aluminium profile 100mm x 47mm forming door; 1843mm wide sliding door leaf employing the Manusa Visio automatic operator to provide a minimum clear opening width of 1550mm. The sliding door uses two Hermetic floor mounted guides for positioning.

Activation: Manusa Selector located at high level for programming. Access & Egress by “touchless” stainless steel push buttons controlled by a key operated switch.

Safety: Monitored threshold presence sensor to both sides of the door set to protect the area in which the door travels during the closing cycle. Subject to risk assessment, a rear edge safety sensor maybe required to protect the area in which the door travels during the opening cycle.

Electronic Locking: To fail “unlocked” and the door to remain in the closed position – manual operation allowed by external pull handle.

Finish as delivered: Polyester Powder Coated (PPC) to a standard RAL colour or Silver Anodised Aluminium (SAA).

Glazing to door: 32.8mm clear laminated glass (6.4/20/6.4) with integral blind operated by magnetic slide, secured by 3mm aluminium beads and gaskets.

Ironmongery: One 600mm nylon handle to the outside face of door only, colour to be agreed.

Hermetic Seals: A perimeter seal housed in an aluminium frame (SAA finish only) fitted around the door opening and bottom door seal fitted to the sliding door leaf.

Acoustic Rating: Rw35dB.

Fire Rating: Not applicable.

Fixing: Fixed to suitable structural support (by others) in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.
